After ending Simmi’s engagement, Ishita and Raman send everyone of family to Bhalla house as they wants spend time with each other and that’s why Raman booked honeymoon suit in hotel.
Raman is awaited for this moment and time has come to share some romantic moment with his wife Ishita but as usual, tragedy will come amid their romance.

In their romance, Mr Bhalla call her that Ruhi and Adi are not with them then ishita and Raman scare about them. As we have seen before, Shagun made plan to kidnap kids of ishita and she calls Adi before ending ceremony and also tell him to bring Ruhi with him.
A person send by Ashok informs Raman that kids are kidnapped and don’t doubt on Shagun. But Mihika and Ishita get doubt on Shagun and Ishita goes to Shagun to find out kids.
Ruhi asks for Ishi Maa then Shagun goes to kitchen to make hot chocolate for Ruhi for making her quite. At that time, Shagun gets call from ishita and she will go down to stop Ishita by keeping gas knob open.
Adi decided to calm Ruhi by making hot chocolate so she goes to kitchen and lit match box then suddenly fire blast happen. Ishita and Shagun see fire blast and then Shaun say, shit children. Ishita runs up and save kids and Shagun call fire brigade.
Ishita takes down Ruhi from house and see Adi is in kitchen in bad condition then she enters in kitchen to save Adi. After saving kids, she manage to throw out Ruhi and adi out of house due to earthquake.
This is biggest twist in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein that, Ishita will suffer from an accident after saving her kids. After this, Ishita will give exam of her motherhood in upcoming episode of YHM.
