Well the current track of Yeh Hain Mohabattein is being focussed on the wedding track of Raman and Nidhi. Raman is acting of being in love with Nidhi as he needs to get the proof from her to prove Ishita innocent.
Ishita is also alive and soon Nidhi will get to know that Raman is all acting and she gets irked. It was in the past that Raman did not get married to Nidhi as he loved Shagun then. Due to the wedding being cancelled Nidhi’s dad suffers from a stoke and dies. So, Nidhi wants to take revenge from Raman.
After she knows about Raman’s plan , she kidnaps Ruhi and leaves. The show is said to take a 8 year leap in March itself. Ruhi and Adi will be seen as grown ups and the cute Ruhanika Dhawan will see seen as the Surrogate baby of Raman and Ishita.
