As per current track of YHM, Raman suffers from cold and high fever but he feels that some big disease catch him and he will not live long life. His life is too short, about 2-3 months only.
Raman will die in the show, he will leave her family. Ishita’s sugah will no more, she will cry and cry and also give sympathy to everyone of family.
Raman’s father will cry in front of Raman’s photo, Aditya and Ruhi will also cry and miss their father. Simmi will also miss brother Raman.

Hold your heart! This is only dream sequence of Raman as he feels that hi’s life is very short and what will happen after his death. He suffers from only cold and fever but he misunderstand doctor and assume that he will not live life for long time.
On the other hand, Ruhi will also see dream that their family will be completed as Ishi Maa will also have a CHotu baby and they will take photo of complete family, in which Raman, Aditya, Ruhi ,Ishi Maa and chotu baby will be there.
