Karan Kundra has lost eight kilos in one month for his role in TV show Fanaah which will air on MTV.
The character of Karan Kundra in fannah is of a 19-year-old college student, who is actually a vampire — required the actor to look at least eight to nine years younger and he had no option, but to follow a strict diet and regular exercise.
Karan cycled almost for an hour daily, from Yari Road to Bandra. He quit going to the gym, ate at regular intervals and stayed away from calorie-rich foods. Quitting the gym helped him get rid of my earlier beefed-up look. Now Karan see like a 19 years old student.
Fanaah show is vampire based show in which Rithvik Dhanjani, Anita Hassandani actors are also part of the show.
