The upcoming episodes of Diya Aur Baati Hum will not only see some celebrations but will also witness tragedy. The rathi parivaar is celebrating the engagement of Varun and Lalima and everyone from the entire family will dance in happiness thinking that finally Lalima will get a happy and a peaceful life.
While dancing, Sandhya gets a call and she then gets shocked knowing the news. Sandhya then tries to inform Suraj about it but he does not show any interest on she was saying.
Very soon everyone from the family gets to know about the death of Mohit and get shocked. Later Sandhya gets to know the fact that Mohit did not commit suicide and he was murdered. Mohit gets killed by hitting him on this head and then his body is thrown in a well.
Later the dead body of Mohit is bought to the Rathi house and everyone see the dead body and start screaming and start crying. While Sandhya tries and consoles Bhaboo, Sooraj and Vikram take the body to complete the final rites.
A special officer is posted to investigate further into the murder mystery of Mohit and this role of special police inspector, Satyadev is played by Sarwar Ahuja. When contacted he stated that his role of a cameo but he is quite excited to work in the show.
Who is behind the murder of Mohit? Is it Emily or is it Lalima as they are the people who have some reason to kill Mohit.
