Balika Vadhu is going on very sad track of Manu’s blood cancer. Ganga’s son Manu is suffering from blood cancer so all family members are very tensed.
Jagya as doctor will try his all efforts to save Manu. Firstly chemotherapy was done on Manu but it didn’t worked then one potion remain in front of Jagya and Ganga. This option is nothing but bone marrow transplant.
Jagya is not biological father of Manu so he will approached towards Ratan Singh who Manu’s real father and now he is in jail.
