Kuch Toh Hai Tetre Mere Darmiyaan is a love story of Bengali and Punjabi lead actors in which Gautam gupta(Sharman in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi), Vibhav Roy(ishaan in Doli Aranon Ki) and Shritama Mukherjee(in Kalash) has been finalized for this lead actors in the show.
