In Pavitra Rishta Arjun and Purvi met in hospital after 20 years.Due to some misunderstanding they were apart from each other since 20 years, after long time they got chance to see each other but unfortunately  Purvi is admitted in hospital and she is in critical condition. Can Purvi fights against death?Will Purvi & Arjun come together after 20 years or they will separate forever?

They are shooting for Pavitra Rishta as well and practicing for Nach Baliye 6.They both injured while practicing Nach Baliye 6 & got hospitalized in real & reel life.(:
