The most lovable Marathi small screen couple Shashank Ketkar and Tejashree Pradhan Ketkar celebrated their first Gudipadva with Home Minister‘s special two hours episodes.
The host of Home Minister, Adesh Badekar came to Shashank’s house at Pune for this new season of the show. First of all Tejashree welcomed Adesh Bhavji and identified all guest to him. Janhvi has six mother in-law in Honar sun Mi Hya Gharchi and in real life she also has six mother in-law.
Tejashree came first to her in-laws home after marriage with Shashank on occasion of Marathi new year,Gudipadva. Meanwhile Tejashree’s Gruhparevsh was also done in Gudipadva because of only Home Minister.
Shashank and Tejashree shared their love story in this episode as Zee Marathi’s Honar Sun Mi Hya Gharchi is the first serial of them. This serial made a lot of changes in their life and they met each other because of this serial only.
There were many family members of Shashank participated in this special episode. This includes
- Shashank’s Mother, Father & Sister.
- Shashank’s grandfather (Father of Shashank’s mother) & Shashank’s Grandfather (Shashank’s Father’s Mother)
- Shashank’s Aunts
Tejashree’s parents & sister were not present during the show but they shared their recorded message on the show. Tejashree shared that her elder Sister is getting married in the month of May. She also shared that she would like to meet cricketer Brett Lee one day.
Tejashree were seen in beatiful saree and Shashank were in blue Kurta-payjama. During the show, Shahshank’s mother shared an interesting recipe of ShriKhand and Amrakhand whereas when asked the ingredients of Shrikhand to Tejashree, she could not answer the question.
Game started between Tejashree and Shashank’s mother to win Home Minister’s Paaithani. Adesh Bhavji gave “S” letter to Tejashree for Ukane and competition started between monther in-law and daughter in-law but no one loose the game.
After that Adesh Bavji gave order to come with items which starts with letter “S” in 2 min. The challenge in the game is to find all items in home which starts with letter S. Tejashree and her Mother-In-Law both found same number of items in house starting with letter S like Sakhar, Sabudana, Saban, Sack etc. It’s a tie between both of them. So Adesh Bandekar asked Shashank’s father to choose the winner. Shashank’s Father suggested Tejashree’s name as she is new in home and still found 6 items. After this Adesh Bandekar declared Tejashree as winner and gifted her Paithani from Tathastu. Later on Adesh gifted paithani to Shashank’s mother as well 🙂
Tejashree Ketkar became winner of this special episode of Home minister and awarded with Paithani. Later Adesh also gifted Paithani to Tejashree’s mother in-law.
Tejashree danced with her six mother-law by wearing Home Minister’s Paithani on title song of Honar Sunn Mi Hya Gharchi. At the end Shashank and his father Shirish lifted their wives.
