Saath Nibhana Saathiya fame Rucha Hasabnis married her childhood sweetheart Rahul on January 26, 2015. The wedding was attended by her co-stars of the show, which the actress left after her character expired.
Rucha deliberately too the break and quit the show as she wanted to spend some quality time with her family and enjoy this special phase in her life to the fullest. And the petite actress sure had a blast at her own marriage. This is evident from a number of inside wedding pictures, which have been shared on Twitter.
Actors including Vishal Singh, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Giaa Manek, Bhavini Purohit and Swati Shah, from Saath Nibhana Saathiya, joined in the celebrations as they were along with Rucha on her special day. All of them seemed elated as they attended the wedding and posed with the super happy bride. The entire team went mad clicking selfies at the three-day Maharashtrian wedding. Besides her charming smile, Rucha’s green wedding sari made her look beautiful, as she went simple and subtle for her D-day.
Revealing more about the celebrations, the bride said, “We played Marathi music with interesting musical instruments — jugalbandi of jal tarang, sitar, flute and mandolin on the wedding day. There was a lezim dance performance and live shehnai too.”
