Mrunal is a very sensible cute television actress and started her journey as lead in STAR Plus’s soap opera “Mujhse Kuchh Kehti …Yeh Khamoshiyaan”.

But she is well known as Sakshi among the audience from the crime investigation Television show “Har Yug Mein Ayega Ek Arjun” on STAR Plus produced by 4 Lions Films production. Now she is playing the character of Bulbul in “Kumkum Bhagya” on ZEE TV.

Personal Life: She was born to 1^st august 1992 in Nagpur in a Maratha family. She is the second daughter of her parent and has an elder sister and a younger brother. She is a very bright student in studies.

Career: In 2012 when she was in college , she started her acting career and did the serial “Mujhse Kuchh Kehti …Yeh Khamoshiyaan” as Gauri Bhosle for STAR Plus as lead actress against Mohit Sehgal. Then she did a crime investigation television show “Har Yug Mein Ayega Ek Arjun” as a role of a journalist (Sakshi )for same channel but produced by famous 4 Lions Films production. Mrunal also recently did two Marathi movies “Hello Nandan” and “Rangkarmi” in the year 2013. Now she is playing an enthusiastic, full of energy girl role in “Kumkum Bhagya” on ZEE TV.

 Mrunal’s character in KumkumBhagya : The show represents two beloved sister Pragya (Sriti Jha) and her younger sister Bulbul (Mrunal Thakur). In this character Mrunal fits as a young dynamic, energetic girl, full of energy and always dreaming about her dream man. She loves herself more than anything else.
