Udupi-born Gagan Gaonkar gave tough competition to Keshav Tyohar and Aishwarya Saha to be announced as winner of “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs” amid the excellent finale of its fifth season.
The singing ability chase, which had a thousand finale on Saturday night with exhibitions by main five finalists nearby Sonu Nigam, was judged by Shaan, Monali Thakur and Alka Yagnik.
Gagan, 13, who was affectionately called as 3G on the Zee TV show, was elated when he was given the desired trophy and the key of his new car as prize.
He shared “I still can hardly imagine how I am grasping this pined for trophy and this genuinely is the best snippet of my life. Singing is my energy and winning Li’l Champs is a blessing from heaven. I am thankful to the crowds for voting in favor of me and showering me with so much love.
