All is not well in Diya Aur Baati Hum. Things have started to change after the murder of Mohit and everyone in the family get dull. Sandhya on the other hand wishes to find the real culprit behind the murder but gets to know shocking news.
Sandhya gets blamed by her seniors and they say that she will no longer investigate the case of Mohit’s murder as she might save her family if they are found guilty. They appoint a new officer Satyavaan for this and he is known to be very strict as well as smart.
Sandhya introduces the new officer Satyavaan to her family and he starts to question everyone and they start getting tensed. He then brings in the sketch of a lady and shows it to them. He says that he got to know that someone from the family has killed Mohit and then Meenakshi says that the sketch belongs to a lady named Komal who store sarees from her shop.
Bhaboo on the other hand is sad and does not have food. Emily also gets lost in thoughts and cuts her finger while cutting vegetables.
Why did the family get tensed when they are questioned by the new officer? Who is the one from the family who killed Mohit? Will Sandhya too help Satyavaan in bring out the culprit’s name?
