This show story is all about Punjabi girl Ravi Kaur Panesar and Maharashtian boy Vishi who are get married eventually. Show story focus on their love relationship and their culture conflicts which is same as Two state Bollywood movie.
Shivya Pathania was last seen Humsafar opposite to Harshad Chopra as Muslim girl and after Rishta Sajedari Ka opposite to Kinshuk Vaidhya as a Saachi, Rajasthani girl on Sony TV.
Now Shivya will be seen as a Punjabi girl whose innocence will make your heart melt, her attitude towards life will make you believe in dreams. She is playing Ravi role in Dil Dhoondta Hai who is very simple girl and live life power by taking all her love ones.

Stavan is playing Vishi role who is struggle actor lives in Mumbai. A Marathi boy will be seen as a struggling actor who always seen dreams and try his best for completing dreams.
